The Last Sunday service for the Foundation community in July explored the theme of transformation in the darkness. Focusing on the story of Jonah and his time in the belly of the whale it was the first time I have edited an entire 1 hour service into a single piece of film.
This was an interesting process and it sort of worked. In practice it may be better to have shorter bits of film so the participants can pause if necessary at the end of certain sections of the service.
